Guest photographer for the Photographic Nights of Selma 2022
Since her youngest age, Annabelle K has been attracted to graphic design. She draws geometrical figures and accentuates the perspective to give them another dimension.
Dreamer and artist at heart, she is interested in photography, starting with silver and then digital. and, very quickly, photography becomes for her, a true revelation.
Traveling the world for 30 years, she has had the great fortune to visit the largest cities on the
“planet”.
Very attracted and amazed by the different mixes of architectures, the immensity of the buildings of the cities she travels through, she travels, she devotes herself, since 2 years, to her passion: That of photographing them in her way, by modifying their aspect.
To give a more important dimension to what she sees in order to make the place even more attractive, more more majestic, more surprising.
Her intention is to show that one can pass in front of “something” which seemed to us banal, but
but which, in the end, is just magnificent.
She is not interested in working with normality. She uses mostly the wide angle. This lens brings her
the expected result: to bring a different style and an amazing dimension to her photos, to project herself to infinity, to give the desire to try to measure the distance.
She also uses the fisheye, more specific, which gives her images accentuated perspectives and
pronounced deformations. She still wants to sublimate reality by making striking images.
Many other photographic desires cross her mind. In constant evolution, she still wants to improve her style. and always improve her style.
She has just completed a training as a computer graphics designer which opens up new perspectives.

– Exhibition and collective projection at the French Institute of Essaouira during the Festival of the Photographic Nights
Festival of Essaouira.
– Solo exhibition at Heure Bleue Palais, Relais et Châteaux in Essaouira from October 7th to November 30th 2021.
November 2021:
– Exhibition and screening at the Festival of Photographic Nights in Selma (Alabama) which won
the Public Prize.
July 2022 :
– Screening at the Pierrevert Photographic Nights.
